100 KW solar power stations for commercial use

I am a businessman having some factories in Yemen. Currently we have shortage of electricity and forced to use diesel generators which cost a lot of money. Our production cost was increased or nearly doubled due to this issue. Therefore, I am serious to invest in solar systems which I hope could reduce the cost of production. We have cash on hand and look for better solutions for these factories. The factories are different in their activities (Plastic bag factory, wire and steel factory, ice factory and deep freezing chillers for fish keeping). All factories are located at areas where public electricity is available but normally been cut for 4 hrs in the morning. We need solutions as per below options:
1- Working in the morning only, as we have only one shift at present.
2- Working in the morning and in the evening (8hrs) in the evening.
What are the best solutions for us bearing in mind the cost of each option.
We have local engineers who could work under supervision of senior engineers if required.
Most of the components of solar systems are available in our market (solar panels, inverters, cables, combinations boxes).
All we need a practical study for these systems which could work with out problems.
