8000kw Megarevo inverter

Question: I recently had installed a 8000kw Megarevo inverter which is fine for the most part. However its been brought to my attention that its unable to fully operate my washing machine (in particular the pump) as the hertz setting isn’t compatible.
The inverter is set at 60hz output and the washing machine operates off 50hz. It was recommended that I adjust the hertz setting on the inverter. We did this via the “Run Setting>FAC Min then i tried to reduce the number. However the lowest number we could achieve was 55. When you press the arrow to try and lower it further, it jumps to 58. Needless to say the washer still isnt working.
Have you heard of this problem before?
Can you guys help? Any suggestion would be really appreciative.
