climate change

| Answer pending

I am a member of the Environmental Protection Organization (EPO). I am very disappointed that the government of Pakistan wants to plan to tax (new) renewable energy (SOLAR). Solar systems in particular reduce carbon footprints. What are the international laws against these negative policies? Can a tax be imposed on the use of solar energy in the world. While this is a global issue, there is no better solution than solar energy to reduce the use of fossil fuels. Can the sun be taxed in the world, is it the property of the rulers? International laws and agreements between governments to reduce the temperature of the world by one degree centigrade are signed so that each country has its own on global climate change. Implement at will? . Answer required
