Energy produced by Solar Panels

Hi, I am trying to do some calculations on how much savings I can achieve by installing solar panels.
I live in the UK where there was an average of 4 sun hours per day throughout 2023 (Statistica, 2024). If I were to install solar panels on my property, does this mean that the panels will only convert energy from the sun for an average of 4 hours per day?
Therefore, if 1 m2 of panel produces 1 kw of electricity then each panel will produce roughly 4kw per day?
