Growtech 5.5kva inverter issues not showing the battery

I have a growtech inverter (not a growatt) inverter. Its a 5.5kva inverter brand new. After installation everything looked beautiful inverter charged batteries and everything was good.
Then the power tripped and after returning the main breakers everything looked ok, except the inverter no longer seeing the batteries at all. It now shows an error [Bp] and dont know what to do.
What can be the cause, how can i fix it and if necessary how can reset the device to factory defaults.
Side note: The inverter is to act as a UPS there is no solar panels connected.
