I have 24 x 2v 300Ah cells to make a 48v bank

I have bought 9kw of solar panels.
I am waiting on a voltacon 11kw 48v controller inverter to arrive. Should i buy a new battery rig or can i utilise the batteries i have already? Instead of wiring in series is it possible to make 4x 12 volt bank from 6 cells and then parallel them for 48v and would this give me 300Ah x 48v = 14400 Kwh.
Is there anybody out there online who charge a fee for designing a wiring diagram with the parts i have to hand?
