Dear colleagues: We are working on the design of a pumping system to serve several villages in Senegal. It will be pumped from two boreholes that are about 100 meters apart. The two pumps are connected in parallel and the water is sent to the tank using a single pipe (the maximum flow rate is 80 m3/h). What precautions must be taken so that everything works well?
