Signed contract but they have modified

Good day and I hope someone can give me an idea of what I should do in my situation. Initially signed a contract for all roof mounted system which was supposed to produce 25,349 kwh with 51 panels. They had to redesign and provide a ground mount that has 48 panels but will produce 26,080 kwh.
When the electric company sends me material to sign, it states the utility application requires your system size and this is calculated by multiplying the # of solar panels by the size of the panel, which is 47 solar panels x 425 watt = 19.975 kW.
So why are they saying 26,080 kwh but the utility rates is as 19.975 kW?
What am I missing? Or not understanding?
