solar array for boreholes with AC pumps

I’m designing a solar array for a 30KW submersible pump. based on my calculations, the array can provide the 30KW power from 9:00 to 15:00. The array, however, is only producing an average of 20KW for (7:00, 8:00, 16:00, 17:00) hours.
I want to use a solution that supplements the remaining 10KW either from grid or generator, without reduction in water production. Basically, BLENDING the power from the two sources to meet the power demand.
1- has anyone done this before?
2- what was the experience like?
3- what kind of inverters can provide this solution?
