Unsure about off grid solar

I have a 5000w inverter/charge controller with 6 200w panels and 2 48v 100ah life04 batteries. My question is I have a tiny home(400sqft) running 2 1 ton mini splits a fridge, lights, tv, and maybe a fan or 2. When the solar is on it seems to only run on the batteries and I only get 3.5hrs before power shuts down. I live in az where ac is needed. What do I need to have power all day and nite? Thanks. New to solar and haven’t a clue!
