Pumping two wells in parallel

We are designing a solar pumping system in Senegal. It will be pumped from two wells separated by about 100 meters (they are very close to the Senegal River). The output of the pumps will be connected in parallel and it will be transported over 20 km to the water tank. From there the distribution will be made among the villages. What precautions must be taken to resolve possible pressure differences between the two wells?
