Few days i notice grey and black outermarks on few edges of Solar Cells

The power of my panel is 275Watts having a Vmp of 30V and Voc of 38 so when I Check the Voc with a multimeter i got 34Volts in the morning…. But while cleaning the solar module I notice small grey and black outermarks on few edges of Solar Cells. What are these? Is it Hotspots? This is a new setup with new solar panels and it’s only been one month. So help me out. Thank you
