String Panels Current Diffence

I have installed 18 panels of 327W each tied to central Sun Power 6000w grid tie inverter set at 240V A/C @ 60hz with two 9 panels strung together. All the panels are mounted on the same roof face with none of the panels shaded.
The solar DC Voltage and Watts panel output is the same for both strings, but one string produces much higher amps than the other, is this normal or is there something wrong with one of the panels in the lower amp producing string?
